Why I Support President Bush and the ZOT!
Posted on 03/19/2006 6:29:28 AM PST by thousand dollar hamburger
I think he has a sincere desire to help everyone. he has even gone out of his way to embrace people like Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy. He does not hold grudges as shown by his willingness to bend over backwards to allow terrorist supporting nations to operate our ports. We need this type of benevolent leader.
Our President is not a cheapskate, as he has opened up our budget to give to anyone who might need anything.
Aliens from all nations are welcomed into our great country without having to deal with mundane bureaucratic State approval. Cutting government red tape -- that's the Bush way!
Yes, our Prseident even realizes that occupying as many countries around the world as possible is the best way to spread American ideals.
We are truly lucky to have this great man. I suggest that at 10:00 AM EST, we all stand up in unison and shout -- HOORAY FOR BUSH!!!

This thread only dies when it's supposed to. And according to sion, we may have to work with it longer than a month. Ohwell...
How is Zon feeling?

Yeah... she got sick Thursday night. Vomitting ect... Spent most of Friday on the coach. By 8:30PM Friday, I was sick. No vomitting, but massive chills and running a fever.
It wasn't a good weekend.

If what you had came pretty fast, and you got over it "fast" it might be food poisoning. It will give you a fever and vomiting and all the rest.
I hate that...insomnia has to be one of the worst things...you're tired, you can't sleep, and the hours just drag.
I hope it doesn't last too long for her.

One thing that never troubled me is insomnia.
Not that I never had it. It just never troubled me to have it.

Sleep
See? No sleep, no problem. Of course, when the shadows start dancing the next day, and my eyelids feel like pillows ... well, okay, that can bother me.

I have insomnia frequently, and I don't like it. It's one of the "lesser" symptoms of CFIDS, and it can last for days at a time. Or should I say, "nights?" In a week, I can get maybe a total of seven to ten hours of sleep.
Not good. By then, I have no brain, and my skin feels super sensitive so that everything hurts when it touches me, even soft fabrics. Like I said...I don't like it. Maybe it would be different if I could be productive, but I can't. Sometimes, I can't even read.

LOL!
AZ kinda grows on you. Be sure to check out all the lesser known places. AZ has skiing in the winter, and lots of beaches, believe it or not. And don't forget to visit a pecan orchard and get some fresh "turtles."

Well, you know me. Always trying to spin straw into gold.
Speaking of which, the latest plans for alcohol fuel production seem to involve digesting the cellulose of straw and cornstalks into simpler sugars, fermenting it, and producing alcohol from that.
The proper way to do it is to allow the farmers to set up the fermenters, and sell directly to the public. Guess why that won't happen.

Yepper! Our western border is on the Colorado River. LOTS of beaches. FYI: AZ has the largest number of boats per capita than any other state.
And go to Lake Havasu City to see the London Bridge. You will LOVE it!

Farmers selling fuel alcohol directly to the public would be too much like ... dare I say it? The actions of a free people?
Without a Gummint entity to supervise us, how would we survive and prosper?

Wouldn't be a problem if the taxpayer wasn't already subsidizing those same farmers. So... we get to pay for it twice now?

For a long time, farming has been a good way to lose a lot of money.
There is a potential now for that to change. A farmer who produces his own bio-diesel for his equipment, and fuel alcohol for the public, while still able to use the leftover material as feed for livestock, would be sitting in high cotton.
Besides, if we are currently paying the farmer to not grow stuff, why would it bother you to pay him again to actually produce something?

I'm usually the last one here--and it's out of necessity.
Occasionally, Sion's here--which helps a lot ;)
Not that there's anything wrong with that ;)
