Why I Support President Bush and the ZOT!
Posted on 03/19/2006 6:29:28 AM PST by thousand dollar hamburger
I think he has a sincere desire to help everyone. he has even gone out of his way to embrace people like Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy. He does not hold grudges as shown by his willingness to bend over backwards to allow terrorist supporting nations to operate our ports. We need this type of benevolent leader.
Our President is not a cheapskate, as he has opened up our budget to give to anyone who might need anything.
Aliens from all nations are welcomed into our great country without having to deal with mundane bureaucratic State approval. Cutting government red tape -- that's the Bush way!
Yes, our Prseident even realizes that occupying as many countries around the world as possible is the best way to spread American ideals.
We are truly lucky to have this great man. I suggest that at 10:00 AM EST, we all stand up in unison and shout -- HOORAY FOR BUSH!!!

Maybe we are looking in the wrong part of the store then. The Sally Hansen area is usually emery boards and such.

Of course. Why didn't I think of that? Probably because I recognize the name from nail products, not face products.
(I'm not even going to ASK how you found it...)

What? Bob. Go read a good book and give me a report on the best parts. There WILL be a test.

What is that? The liberal book of the month club? Actually, if one is in a war, it is a soul-transforming series of events, and writing about it is a perfectly logical thing to do.
However, in today's climate of antagonism toward those who are prosecuting our efforts to stabilize a hostile world, why would I want to read something that might be considered demoralizing to the effort?

We have one die hard liberal and Ms Woo-Woo. So in this case yes! The other four of us are relatively normal.
Actually we agreed to read it so the die hard would shut up about it. She BTW lied and said it was written from the view point of a South Vietnamese soldier. I thought that something from that point of view would be interesting so I didn't fight over it.
When I found it was from the VC point of view it was to late to argue.
So help me I am going to recommend one of O'Rourke's books next time.

The book stays in the backpack right next to the Michael Savage...
And I read (and enjoy) Savage. Ehrenreich's drivel is very dry and very anti-American--almost passes for dreck.

Which one is it. Her "Nickeled and Dimed" book where she shows how incredibly bad she is at budgeting?

She spends money like a drunken congressman.
IIRC I found the book to be a hoot because I had lost my job and was getting by on temp jobs at the time. With a little ingenuity and some drastic cost cutting I was doing just fine... but then I knew how to budget.

"At least there isn't a professor making ya read Ehrenreich.""Millions of Americans work full-time, year-round, for poverty-level wages. In 1998, Barbara Ehrenreich decided to join them."(from the Holt Blurb)
Decided? Ain't it wonderful that you can choose to be poor for a while?
