Maybe I could find something at a regular college if I hit them at a down time. My industry experience might be enough to tempt a college into taking me on as someone who's seen the real world.

Many universities (not just junior colleges) hire people with master's degrees to teach full time. Many hire them as instructors, but some hire them as professors.
