Did Natalie ever find her missing neck? Maybe that's the real reason she is so cranky.

All this pre-K lyricism over Dubya...talk about ditzy girls gone bored.

On Chicksrockchicksrule message board, JRBooth, told everyone how to delete or block their cookies and spam the poll to make it appear the listeners wanted them back. They made the poll be 70% in the chicks favor. I evened it out, so they hit up again. I contacted the webmaster and the program director and gave them a heads up! :)

Things must be pretty bad for the chicks when what little fans they have left have to spend their days and nights spamming internet polls to make it appear the chicks have more fans they actually do.

I would gander that this means they will also be buying hundreds of copies to match their hundreds of votes! ROFLMAO~

They're still mad because their ill-advised comments got them banned from c&w stations...country fans gave them the

they deserved.

Well of course it is. They dont ACTUALLY have that many fans and them hitting it so hard is evidence of that.

Desperate times for chick fans!

This is from Billboard:

"Per Scott McKenzie, Billboard editor, the single is doing surprisingly well, and it will hit the charts "with a bullet." It is getting heavy airplay in the big cities and is exceeding expectations because it really hasn't been aimed at country radio.

The country stations that are playing it are doing it on their own. Any airplay the Chicks get on country is a bonus because they are actually targeting the AC stations beginning March 20.

He also predicts upwards of 400,00 units of the CD sold in it's first week.

Additionally, the song is being played more and more on country radio - I counted over 125 spins on a dozen stations - it is being played in Chicago, Nashville, Stockton, Fresno and the other stations doing the poll. The song has not been officially released - it comes out on Tuesday and will be sent to AC radio."

Basicallly they are trying to rig it for the chicks. Call your stations and demand they take it off rotation!

>>I'm through with doubt
There's nothing left for me to figure out
I've paid a price
And I'll keep paying <<

Oooh, I like the sound of that. Still wallowing in misery...

>>I think she's dead wrong, I wish she would keep her mouth shut, but how can you not respect her defiance?<<

The same way I don't respect Michael Moore's defiance, I guess. It comes pretty easy to me.

Not a good analogy. Politics is Moore's game...he stands to lose nothing.

I don't respect her anti-American defiance, any more than I respect anybody else's.

I don't see anything to respect, that's all.

But feel free to respect it. It's a free country.

This is still my take on the Dixie Chicks:

I am still ashamed the Dixie Chicks are from Texas!
