A local teacher is in trouble with the law, accused of exposing himself to several young girls. He's the son of a well known university regent. He was arrested Friday on a long list of charges.

This started with several sleep-overs at the apartment of long time teacher, 46 year old Christopher Schofield. Police say some his daughter's friends would stay the night and many told investigators Schofield did some inappropriate things.

According to a police report, Schofield would often touch himself while watching his daughter's friends sleep. One girl told investigators that she awoke to a completely naked Christopher masturbating while looking at her.

Investigators also say Schofield gave liquor and marijuana to his daughter and her friends. Schofield is the son of University of Nevada Regent Jack Schofield who didn't want to talk about his son's arrest.

Schofield works as a teacher at the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center but district representatives say he's been removed from the classroom. District reps say he could be suspended without pay if he ends up being charged in this case.

Schofield is being held on $650,000 bail. Schofield is facing more than 80 counts of lewdness with a minor and supplying substances to a minor. His next court appearance is scheduled for later this week.

All you need is a shovel. You can meter out the justice and bury the new compost with it. End of story.

Isn't it great to have FR up and running again? I feel like I am weeks behind in the news! Of course I went to other sites, but without the feedback from Freepers, it was totally meaningless.

I didn't know it was out for a couple of hours, but then again I don't post nearly as much as I once did.
