Michael Schumacher equalled the late Ayrton Sennas record for pole positions when he took his 65th here in Bahrain this afternoon during Formula One racings first knockout qualifying session. Fellow Ferrari racer Felipe Massa will start alongside him, with Hondas Jenson Button and Renault world champion Fernando Alonso on row two.

I think there are going to be alot of engine failures with the new V8s. It will be very interesting to see whose V-8 engine will survive a full Formula One race this year. I think Ferrari and (maybe) Honda will have the decently reliable engines.

I followed the era of Jackie Stewart, Mario Andretti and Nikki Lauda for years and then lost touch
Are there any American drivers or ones upcoming to look for these days
