A Floyd County woman arrested on charges of molesting a 15-year-old girl is a Cave Spring Elementary kindergarten teacher, Floyd County Board of Education spokesperson Tim Hensley confirmed.
Janet Rene Kraus, 38, of 1726 Wilkerson Road was charged with child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes for an incident that occurred in February, according to Floyd police and jail records.
Hensley said that while she is still an employee of the school system at this point, Kraus is not in the classroom.

If only teachers were allowed to get married stuff like this wouldn't happen.
