From BBC News Milosevic found dead in his cell:

[...] The tribunal said an autopsy would be conducted to establish cause of death, but there was no indication of suicide.

Zdenko Tomanovic, a lawyer for Mr Milosevic, says the autopsy should take place elsewhere as his client said he was being poisoned in the jail.
[...]
Mr Milosevic's brother Borislav was quoted by Interfax news agency as saying the war crimes court was "entirely responsible" for his death and that the UN could not be trusted to carry out an autopsy.

Poison claim

Mr Milosevic's lawyer Mr Tomanovic said he had made a formal request for the autopsy to be moved to Moscow "having in mind his claims yesterday that he was being poisoned in the jail".

However, the tribunal has refused the request saying an autopsy will be carried out by Dutch pathologists on Sunday morning.[...]

Of course they will find NOTHING. The results are already decided.

...and where upon arrival, his prosecutor, Carla del Ponte, declared he was guilty even before the trial had begun.

Uhhh...isn't it the job of the prosecutor to say the defendant is guilty...then to prove it?

Down memory lane with Bancroft-Hinchey,

The man the Americans are parading is not the real Saddam Hussein

But wait, there's more!

His human rights were not denied him. His request for Russian medical aid was simply showmanship. He did nothing to help himself. Even with high blood pressure he continued to chain smoke.

Pravda, "Truth", strikes again.

I really loved this:
the doctors in the Netherlands were incapable of helping him in his condition

Down memory lane with Bancroft-Hinchey,

Red Herring! What Mr. Bancroft-Hinchey did write or did't in the past does not mean that the death of Milosevic was natural. You guys try to turn divert the attention from the topic.

I expect the next report to say , He died a natural death and after the autopsy they cremate him. I dont expect them to let anyone else get the body.

Dutch doctors and Dr Kevorkian have a lot in common, don't you know? I would advise old people not to get sick in the Netherlands.

Unless the Russians have found a cure for idiocy, I suspect the statement is accurate.

We demand a full investigation of the Netherlands and the UN.

Poor guy was probably starved and tortured and forced to wear women's lingerie on his head.

The UN owes the world a full accounting! Where was Jimmy Carter and why didn't he alert the world to the atrocious treatment of this poor fellow?

And Amnesty International? Why weren't they supervising on a daily basis?

Did Slobodan Milosevic Have to Die? See a special report on 60 Minutes (Dan is working on creating all the official documents and get them faxed immediately. They may be fake, but they are accurate, ya know.]

Exactly. Keep in mind that this is the second high-ranking Serb found dead in a European jail in the last week. Milan Babic was found dead there Tuesday.

European treatment of prisoners makes Gitmo look like paradise.

There are a lot of questions, I would like answered definitely:

How did Milosevic die?
Were there war crimes and atrocities committed by him?
Were we right to remove him from power or did we fight on the wrong side of the war?
Was our fight a wrong headed attempt to appease Muslims or was Milosevic and crew the true aggressors?

I'm afraid with his death and presumably the end of the trial, that the real answers may never come to light.

True. For all I know, Milosevic was poisoned — or for that matter, wasn't. If you want to make a case, you might want to call a less laughable witness.

Shermy, I should have pinged you to #6, as that posting was yours.
