Michael Jackson is happy in his new life in the Middle East and is doing 300 push-ups a day, according to his brother Jermaine.
The superstar has been living a reclusive existence in Bahrain, where he is a guest of the kings son, since leaving the US for the Gulf island after being cleared of child sex abuse charges last year.
Jermaine Jackson told CNNs Larry King Live his brother was doing wonderful.
Hes gained some weight, Jackson said.
Hes happy and hes running on the beach. I spoke to him.
Hes doing 300 push-ups a day and doing sit-ups. Hes getting those muscles back and hes getting ready.
The singers family was also rebuilding, Jackson added.
We are getting back to our lives and we got a lot of good things in store, he told King.
The Middle East was a very peaceful place, he said.
Jackson also denied reports that he had planned to write a sensational tell-all book about his brother, and said he would take legal advice over the claims.
The only book he had wanted to write was an account of his family through the years called Legacy, but publishers had turned it down because it contained no negativity, he said.
There was nothing of any sort of whats being said now, he said.
Jackson continued: I stand behind him 1,000%, like I said, since day one and hes still that wonderful person that hes always been.
His brother would be making music again, including the song he has done for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Its coming along well, Jackson said.
Its been taking a bit of time to get out there but its going to be released.
Right.
There was a tornado in my neighborhood in January. Three families homes were destroyed.
They didn't cry for FEMA or blame it on Bush. Same goes with citzens of Florida. The Katrina victims are like prisoners at Abu Garab.(sic) They are both allot better off now than they were.
You are correct ......you take second prize.LOL.
Hye, Michael Moore does 300 push ups a day but gets little credit for it! What? Huh! Oh, you mean those exercise push ups!
"The Middle East was a very peaceful place, he said."
Meaning it's boring everyone to tears but it's the only place where we can live for free.
Does he have to touch his nose to get credit for the push up!
Only if he can find it .
