You know.. You don't mind if your favorite show is preempted by The Emmey awards because that show might win a prize. You do when it is the Oscars and there isn't much of any thing any normal people went to see.
This all just means I get to go to bed earlier tonight.

I qm proud to say that I haven't seen an academy award nominated film in heaven knows how many years. But I did like The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. And the Harry Potter movies!

Same here. I wonder if we'd get the same results had we voted that we were tuning in. I'd test it out, but I don't want to chance giving a wrong vote.

I reloaded the page and voted again. This time it worked. But, I agree with you. I wonder if the "yes" votes go right through while the "no" votes can't seem to register most of the time.

Won't be watching.
"BAREBACK" Mountain is offensive.
Worse yet are Syriana, Paradise Now, and Munich which glorify terrorists.
These films are morally repugnant,repulsive to free thinking people, and should be boycotted.
Finding artistic merit in films glorifying terrorism and violence, that are so totally anti-semitic is like finding merit in Hitler's propaganda films.
