One of Norway's male athletes at the Winter Olympics in Torino lost his concentration after matching racy photos from a woman with one of his own.
The athlete received a series of increasingly immodest photos from a woman via mobile phone, newspaper Dagbladet reports.
"Unfortunately he did something stupid. He answered with a similar photo. Not exactly a bright move," the athlete's trainer told the newspaper.
The trouble started when the woman suddenly said she was offended by the picture and reportedly contacted various media offering to sell the nude photo of the Olympic star.
"Our man was clearly affected, and found the situation very difficult. The incident probably reduced his Olympic performances, because the strain became immense," the trainer said.
The man's trainer said that they had never offered the woman money to keep the picture private.
"It was never an option. We just told her what the consequences would be if the photo became public," he said.
A guzinta is sillier looking than a guzonta?
"Phishing by cell phone?"
...and here I thought a cell phone was the one the Sheriff let ya use to make your one allotted call....
I think the key word is "years ago." A candidate running today might use that as a campaign, um, enhancer.
Unless, of course, the water was cold.
Dasher's too much of a sweetie to ever consider blackmailing anyone.
Tricking them into emailing her a naked picture of themselves however...
I'm glad you understood what i meant to say, but ran out of headline space to say.
You know me so well.
;-)
I have a collection I share with the FReeperettes.
This qualifies too. |
Now that the olympics are over...???
You have that rule too?
