I know that many here have been very outspoken regarding Sheryl's politics, myself being one of her biggest critics. Politics aside, she is human like everyone of us and I wish her the best with her battle with breast cancer and pray for her recovery.

Hope she recovers quickly.
I don't care much for her politics, but then again, I don't much care for my sister's either, but I still love her.
Cheryl's music is alright. I'm not a huge fan, but it's decent.

I said the same thing when Melissa Etheridge was diagnosed with breast cancer: courage, Sheryl.

I concur. She will be in my thoughts along with anyone affected by breast cancer, patients as well as families.

I do often wonder how these lib celebs would feel about how their medical conditions would be treated in nations with rationed, socialized medicine systems.
My guess, is that alot fewer of them would be alive, especially with conditions that require rapid, aggresive care, like cancer.

My mother is a breast cancer survivor, and though we're very like-minded politically, I draw the line (with VERY few exceptions) when it comes to matters like these.
So best wishes to Sheryl in her fight. Hope she kicks its ass.

I loathe this woman's politics and I think her music is mediocre at best but I wish her the best in her fight against breast cancer. My mother is a 20 year breast cancer survivor. It's possible when caught early.
On a brighter note, if she does have to have a double mastectomy, her figure will not change much! ;-)

Statement from Lance Armstrong:
Crow's former fiance, cycling champion Lance Armstrong, said in a statement released Friday night that he was devastated to learn the news.
"Once again I'm reminded of just how pervasive this illness is, as it has now touched someone I love deeply," said Armstrong, who is a survivor of testicular cancer.
"Based on my contact in recent days with Sheryl, her doctor and her family, I am confident that she will have a full and complete recovery and the world will be a better place for it," said Armstrong, who asked that Crow's fans keep her "in your thoughts and prayers."
