No, it'll be shingles. Hubby does too much work with wildland fire to ever think about doing a shake roof! But it'll be one of the newer architechtural shingles. Transferable warrenty, which should be a selling point when we do get it on the market.

How are things in your neck of the woods? Not too exciting. Me and my little boy are hanging out here. He's watching Jimmy Neutron, and I'm FReeping.

"Carmel Devine" brings to mind either a chocolate bar or someone involved in the "adult entertainment" industry." I met an adult entertainer named "Honeysuckle Divine." She had rather a unique act, and a very pleasant personality. I had informed my associates in the West about her unusual talents, so when she made a tour out there, they made sure to catch her act. They were equally impressed.
I heard later on, she took up preaching, or something. I never managed to hear a sermon by the Reverend Divine, but I would have been willing to listen.

I would think the new roof itself would be a good selling point. My friend in Vegas has to get a new roof on his house. I think he's got 3,000 sq.ft plus detached garage.
He's doing his because he's not going to keep the place forever. When his mother dies, he's going back to MA to live in the family house.

I think I've gotten into Saturday, but I'm not sure...my upstairs neighbor moved out this week, so I'm not awakened at 5:30 in the morning any more...

Kewl! Jimmy Neutron is good. At least, my grandson said so a couple of years ago. I don't know what he's into, now.
It's good to see you!

"... you just made that up, didn't you?" Why would I make that up? I was doing some, uh, research ... Yeah, that's it. Research.
That's how I happened to meet her.

It's good to see you! "See" me? All right, where'd you hide the camera?!
To: Genesis defender
You asked me that once before. I can't tell you or the camera would no longer be a "hidden camera" would it?

Are you sure it wasn't "Divine?"

Yah. OK. Some things are just not fit to print, Bob. I was having an OK day...sheesh...now I'll have to wash my mind out with soap before I can go to sleep.
