Officials say the victims, a mother, father and two children, leaped to their deaths from the blazing four-story apartment building at 1033 Pacific Street. The third-alarm fire started in a hallway of the first floor and spread through the entire building just after 5:30 a.m. Heavy flames tore through the four-story building and out the roof.
