It is still almost 2 years before he can get a learners permit, but I could tell that he was itching to ride. He will start high school next year, it sure doesn't take them long to grow.
Ahh hes old enough to ride that thing. :D
That's not good. Make sure he doesn't stick anything improperly in the fuel valve.
I would prefer it if he had the hots for Scarlet Johanssen.
But what about GIRLS, young man, GIRLS!
He knows about girls, too! About a year ago he started combing his hair and wearing aftershave. He is sort of limited by living out here in the woods, but, that is likely for the best. He picks up enough garbage in school, without running the streets in town.
He is 13, had his own muzzle loading rifle since he was 8 or 9. If I sent him out to hunt up something for dinner, he could do it. Best to teach them independence from the git go.
Get the boy the best training you can find, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation is the best around for the new rider, get him the proper gear and make sure he uses it. And impress on him that a bike is a deadly weapon, just like a firearm.
He will do fine!
I started on a '47 Cushman, surplus from NAS Jax, rode just about everything from there up. I figure I have 250,000 miles on two wheelers, over the years. I always ride like everyone is trying to kill me, so far, it's worked.
Huh! Maybe I oughta try that... ;)
I've sworn off of full time night women, myself, last two almost bankrupted me. The phone starts ringing next door just about time he comes in from school, the kid seems to be attracting some attention. A lot of the kids he goes to school with are already getting fat and out of shape, but there is no fat on Gerry.
Hes perfect for it - I started at 7 - so anytime is good - particularly one of those as the center of gravity is so low
Cool, i started deer hunting with muzzle loaders with my dad, but i think i was about 11-12, I shot them alot earlier and younger with my dads supervision but my dad wanted to make me wait to go off on my own.
