Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams might miss another season ... and this time it apparently won't be his decision. According to a broadcast report in Miami, which was later confirmed by two sources in a story posted Sunday on the Miami Herald's Web site, the Dolphins running back will be suspended for at least the entire 2006 season after failing a drug test for the fourth time in his career.

That's OK -- his Lifetime Ban will still allow a 5th attempt. And a sixth. and a seventh... and an eighth... and a....
Ricky Williams meet Steve Howe. Steve Howe meet Ricky Williams.
The sun came up to today too, huh? Go figure?
Here's your winnings, sir.
He was framed, maaaaan.
"Stoopid idjit."
The sad thing is to think about this guy's mother and the life he could have given her, even if he didn't want it. Selfish jerk.
Who needs a multi-million dollar career when you have good ganja? Jeez, this guy couldn't be any more of an idiot if he walked into an airplane propeller.
...between bong hits with whoever he was hanging out with. You can send a dopehead to Mars and he'll find somebody to hook him up with the goods.
What's that smell, Ricky? That's your whole life going up in smoke. You'll probably regret this in 10 years when you're living on the street and the local high school newspaper won't cover your latest run-in with the law.
According to ESPN, "the drug for which Williams was said to have tested positive was not marijuana." Link here: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2337598
Sounds like Ricky has moved on from the green stuff to the white stuff. If you think he was screwed up before, you ain't seen nothin' yet!
In Ohio, that holistic stuff is grown in abundance in Meigs County!
I've read that he's been clinically diagnosed with "extreme shyness" (God as my witness, I'm not making that up), which sounds like a load to me, but it is obvious that there are a few loose connections on the circuit board.
I feel sorry for the guy. Somebody put him up to that wedding dress photo, as Ditka showed up as the groom. That shows how malleable he is, and how unprepared he is to deal with the con-artists and sharks that circle the NFL. Ditka would pose for the photo, but think he would show up as the bride? No way. Ditka also put an unbelievable amount of pressure on Williams by trading the entire draft for him. Most people agree he got royally screwed in his initial contract with the Saints. If Ditka had looked after Williams, he might have been a top performer. I've never thought Ditka was that good a coach. He had Buddy Ryan build a world-class defense, one of the greatest running backs in NFL history, and a good QB in McMahon, with some good receivers. Ryan took that team to the championship, though, not Ditka. Ditka also managed to fubar a team that should have been able to win for several more years. He mishandled Williams, just like he mishandled McMahon.
I've never, in my entire life, had the talent to do anything that would get me on a national magazine cover, or the type of money that Williams can make, but I can tell you that if I had gotten the attention Williams did when he was 19-22, I would have been the biggest jerk in the world, and probably screwed it up.
Of course this doesn't surprise me, I don't care how good he is, the Fins should dump him or pawn him off on another team...we don't need this crap.
