Just an fyi, I'm a director of my department, so I have engineers and techs, etc that I have to manage. I'm not sure if I want to keep in this direction though. It can be tiresome with all the PC crap. Luckily, though, it's a tech position and not managing a bunch of libs in HR or marketing.

Industrial engineer, plant design, not time studies. Good deal.
I lead a group of MEP enginners and designers. All sorts of comercial and multifamily projects. We currently have 4 hi-rise condo project on the boards. It's a whole lot diffent than the microchips I messed with in electronics lab courses.
I won't ever be called to testify.
I haven't been. Yet.
