The Olympics are “big stuff“ . There is something for anyone‘s taste. One must respect the sacrifice & work the athletes have endured to get where they are now.

Yeah, Pike fishing about 7 miles east of me. Walleye is down on the Missouri River, and then there's Paddlefish on the Yellowstone River. :)

I'm not really sure. I love the south but I really want to get into national politics. It depends what happens with my job, I guess.

What are paddlefish? Any trout nearby?

I love Superior. If I could find the time, I would love to paddle around the lake over a summer. I really regret not making it to Isle Royale! There is just so much to do there

Yeah I am a Christian. That is one reason I have so many problem nowdays. I am NOT a SUnday-Morning Christian, I live my faith daily(as much as possible, I am not perfect, just forgiven), but I tend to go by the "old fashioned", beliefs, and not the modern, liberal type of Christian beliefs, of "times have changed, we must change with them and moderate our beliefs to accept other peoples lifestyles and morals". I do NOT go along with that one.

A couple of those girls I mentioned were supposed to be Christians too, and they (or their parents)thought I was not good enough for them, too poor, ugly or different, to have a relationship with them, other than to be used by them to get someone else. Kim never claimed to be a Christian, but she treated me better than ANY of the other "Christian " women I knew. If only I had noticed and appreciated it sooner.........

Here's some info on Paddlefish. They're ugly looking things (at least by my estimation) but they're the largest fresh water fish I've seen:

Biggest one I saw was hanging on the wall at a local waterin' hole in Glendive, Montana. It was nearly 20 feet long.
