Apple makes a very nasty assumption here.

Not everybody who will be running OS10 on their computer is a thief. What about the guy who went and bought the OS but then loaded it on his Dell? He *CLEARLY* is not stealing. He paid for it. He has the reciept in hand.

One more thing. All this is doing is demonstrating why Apple has been irrelevant in computing for years. They are more of a bully than M$ is, they just don't have M$' marketshare to really flex their muscles.

Nobody likes a bully. That's why Apple lost their lead years ago. That's why they lost their #2 spot as well.

Currently, Apple is not selling separate packages of Mac OS X for Intel. The retail box is for Power PC only. The Intel version of Mac OS X is only available with the purchase of an Intel Mac computer. Your lack of credibility on Mac issues was proven a long time ago.
