What about the guy who went and bought the OS but then loaded it on his Dell?

Currently, Apple is not selling separate packages of Mac OS X for Intel. The retail box is for Power PC only. The Intel version of Mac OS X is only available with the purchase of an Intel Mac computer. Your lack of credibility on Mac issues was proven a long time ago.

So will this change when OSX "Leopard" comes out?

Where did I say it was being sold currently?

And what of the guy who bought a mac and wants to load OS10 on his dell?

Apple's never had a problem(to my knowledge) with buying one OS10 disk and putting it on a handful of macs.

You and golden eagle are funny with your liberal-like tactics.

If you had something to say, you wouldn't have to make it about me.
