I hear ya and can only imagine. LOL I can't actually say that we've had much of a winter so far. Last weekend the temp dropped down to around 29 for a a brief time but it doesn't look like it did much damage to the plants that are already blooming or starting to bud. Japanese Magnolia's have already bloomed and some varieties of Azaleas are blooming now.

I can't really complain .. it hasn't been a bad winter .. just a really long one with rain
Well .. I need to head out and help Jess and her friend from school ... they have to make a commercial about books/library and how important reading is for a class project that is due on Tuesday

Hey Darlin'... I only get time to pop in and out. Some of the rumors flying at work today may indicate more posting time in the near future (lets hope not!)
To: Darlin'
Hi Darlin'! Same here - it has been ages. I hope you are doing well.

Good luck with the school project. I'm just thrilled taht they still teach the importance of libraries and reading. I read an artcile last week about some schools having a hard time teaching students penmanship since no one wants to sit down with a pen and actually write anything, now.

I understand. I haven't had much time either, not for the past few months, but I'm hoping things will get back to normal soon.

I think Pennsylvania has the best showing of Azaleas in the country.

I would have agreed until I saw the mountain at my place in springtime when the 20' high native azaleas that fill the space underneath oaks and maples bloom in colors ranging from the palest yellow to the deepest crimson.

And here I thought you were from Latvia or some Nordic country such as that.....
:-)
As a former Latvian (j/k) you should love these Nordic things. How low is it that you now slink around in that desert aka Mordor..........and like it.
And of course you know I'm yanking your chain a bit here.....
