A "person" in NYC stabbed a 2 year old child in the heart recently to get her mother's wallet.

Lanky, black teen male strolls right up to little girl sitting outside the store, reaches up and YANKS the chain from around her neck, girl grabs her neck and screams, and our hero strolls back to the car.
