Well, you know, sometimes the dry cleaners didn't have my uniform ready in time, so I had to improvise.

Sounds like this guy was using the "I'm Julius Ceasar" ploy to get off the hook. I don't fall for that one anymore.

I once made an arrest while dressed as the IHOP Pancake !

Perp was muggin old gomers crossing the parking lot etc so I was volunteered to be the IHOP pancake for a few days......I looked good !
