I just wonder what I owe it to both employers to say, ethically speaking, especially to the interviewer - should I tell 'em I'm working? I all but have to if I'm gonna schedule an interview around my work day, but it seems like most wouldn't wanna interview someone who IS employed. I dunno...it's not something I've encountered before! ;-)
There's nothing wrong with going to the other interviews to see what the whole landscape looks like. If one of the others is better, then there's also nothing wrong with going there. Two week's notice would be courteous, but there's no shame in telling them that, sorry, but a better alternative developed...
What a delightful dilemma!
In the normal run of things, advancement up the career ladder means keeping a secure grip on the ladder as you climb. Leaping from rung to rung without touching the ladder is not usually recommended, though it is sometimes necessary. <smile>
