Ungh - I post this feeling very fat and happy from stuffing muhself silly with super bowl food. I made taquitos and tamales (frozen from New Year's) and a nice veggie tray. I also did salsas and bean dips and cookies, etc... etc... etc...

MIL and I are perusing cookbooks and watching SB commercials. I think I made a tamale convert out of her. Heh.

I'll diet again tomorrow. :P

Heh, we're watching the SB using the DVR. ONLY way to watch a game! We can speed through the dull parts, see the highlights and the commercials! So far, I'm liking the careerbuilders.com commercals, the FedEx 'caveman' commercial, and the Budweiser one with the little baby Clydesdale; it was just too cute.
