Goood morning! I could do with a Friday right about now - or better yet, a weekend.

Have my big deal meeting today. I left the house 30 min early hoping to get here early and spruce up the conference room, etc. *But* I sat on the freeway for 20 min for an accident and then proceeded to hit every red light from there on it. I got here 10 min late. ~~~~stress~~~~

Good morning!

I almost logged in around 2:30am, had a nightmare that Joshua had fallen down a mine shaft. Musta been the news that "Baby Jessica" got married yesterday and it reminded me of that situation so many years ago.

Anyway, I had a bout of reflux, so I took a couple of tums and actually got back to sleep.

It was a reminder to me to really do my research before buying that bit of land, though.

*sigh* I gotta make a bridge burning phone call this morning. Or bridge charring, at least. More or less have a job offer, but it's for another temporary job, and I don't plan to stick around anyhow. Just don't like cutting ties anyway. But that's life.
