Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And there are many paths to tread
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

So, when do we find out that Mike Novick killed Walt?
And how does Jack get out of disobeying a direct order from the President?
Inquiring minds want to know...

Hmmm, good thought on first; Jack Bauer knows best on the second.

Response #1:
I'm just surprised Walt's body didn't end up in Ft. Marcy Park.
Response #2: Jack already faked his own death once to get out of obeying this President....

Re:#1 We know that character can be brutal, remember the chick in the first season who ended up at the bottom of the stairs? Anyone know what eventually happened to that character? The actress played Admiral Kane (sp?) on Battlestar Gallactica this season.
Don't know about the second; haven't seen that part yet.

Mr Beepy. Is listening. To Opera.
It may be a sign of the apocalypse.

Ha!
I'm not sure what to think of that.

I think Mr. Beepy has relatives in Utah. The gals in the room next door came in at eleven or so and talked loudly in the hallway for a pretty long time, then right after I'd gotten to sleep at midnight, they started watching TV at high volume.
And then I woke up at five and couldn't get back to sleep. Fun night.

The actress played Admiral Kane (sp?) on Battlestar Gallactica this season. The actress' name is Michelle Forbes. According to IMDB, she was on Season 2 of "24". I didn't remember what happened to her character, but according to the "24" Episode Guide the last she was seen, she was being put into an ambulance after her fall.
If I may geek out a little bit... I'll always remember that actress for two roles she played: Ensign Ro on Star Trek: TNG and good twin/evil twin Sonni/Solita on "Guiding Light", way back in 1987-89 (her first role, apparently!)
