I wasn't impressed with Chris tonight

Different tastes, I guess. Chris deserves a lot of credit for not simply doing a Johnny Cash song, but making a Cash song a Chris song. If they released that as a single, I'd definitely buy it.

See... I think he has mild Tourette's too. I know he feels the soul of the music, but there is something more to his movement. I was disappointed in him tonight. There was a commercial on that had a song on it that Taylor should sing "Soothe my soul" .

"Not Fade Away" is a Buddy Holly song. Covered by the Stones, the Dead and probably many others. Not the best choice for Taylor, but a classic never the less.

She's really, really pretty...and I think she seems even prettier, because she just exudes niceness...you know what I mean? She just seems like a fun, nice, loving woman...someone I'd really like to sit down and have a cup of coffee with!

LOL, yes it is. I got hooked on him when he started doing the moron trivia and played the song Rolie Polie for Michael Moore. I switched from listening to Neal Boortz to Beck.

They said it's close between Oberweis and Barr-Topinka, too

Are you voting for Star Wars characters? :)

See... I think he has mild Tourette's too.

Has to be something like that. As you say, there's something more to his movement -- something that a shade outside normal parameters. And not just his movement, but his almost impulsive speech quirks.

Well, Judy Baar-Topinka is sort of Darth Maul-ish.

Kevin is a little twerp who actually believes the hyped BS press on him...it is sad & disturbing

I agree with you. He's in for a rude awakening when his time is up...and it couldn't be soon enough in my book. He's an ok singer. I hate to sound like Simon, but he's a karaoke guy, nothing more or less.

Taylor won't be going home, though.

I agree. He has so many fans that he can afford a screw-up at this stage ... but not many.

Remember Nadia Turner's Mohawk last year? Taylor's performance wasn't that damaging, but it was close. He needs to be very careful.
