First time here to this post. I have watched 4 acts. They all stink.
I do keroke better than these clowns.
"Lord I Was Born A Ramblin Man, Tryin To Make A Living The Best I Can".
Think I will try out for this next year.

I said.....if Elliot wants my vote, he better stop singing songs my grandparents sang. (Turn up your volume on FR) :)

LMAO! Since Gedeon is gone, maybe we should start calling Elliott teeth! that was wrong Glenn Beck calls him and Bucky the dental twins.
To: Lil'freeper
I'm afraid Elliott is inducing a yawn. Nobody at our house liked it.

I know his family. They're good people. I believe his home life is good. I'm not sure about his social life though. He doesn't seem to have many friends. He's a nice kid which is why I encourage him to make friends with my son. He is two years older than my son, but they both like playing games. I don't want to be ugly to him, but it's very annoying. I assume his family probably has different boundaries in their home and it seems normal to walk into peoples' homes and bedrooms without knocking. He seems to be bored all of the time,as he's always saying he has nothing to do. When my kids say that I give them chores.
To: Howlin
Surely you're not kidding? He's really gay? I just never thought about it.

Same feelings here. I said earlier that Chris' music is not my style, but he did really well at what he does tonight.

I'm pretty sure he is.
He started out as the piano player for Bette Midler -- and she met him in the "baths" in NYC.

I guess i am one of the few that didn't know about Barry. Also one of the few that thought Elliot sang the song well. Oh well....
To: Txsleuth
Well....there were some kickin songs in the 50's. What about all the soda shops and poodle skirts and songs Fonzie listened too. Were they all sleepers?

Another one I thought he could do was 'Teenager in Love'. But, this was one song I thought he could do and he did it well. Not great but definately not bad. You're right, teenager in love would have been great. Another good one might have been "Play Me A Sad Song", but not sure if that was 50's or not.
To: Conservative Texan Mom
Treat him like one of your own and give him chores! That will stop him dead in his tracks.

Dental twins! Great!
Actually, I've been pretty happy with everyone tonight. But some of my favorites haven't done as well as they should.
Taylor sang a 5 note song. He was great, but it was too "safe."
Chris was just...weird...

Considering it was 50's night tonight I don't think there was a way around it.
