I agree with you, Wolfstar.

He seems like a humble fella with a sweet personality.

I think that was her mama or her aunt standing next to Barry Manilow.

I still think she's riding in on a "legacy" because all those people know her family.

"Maybe because that was one of my old favs, I thought she was pretty bad."

I remember the original too. I will admit to not having heard the original in probably 15 years.

Amen! I liked Fantasia's Summertime, one of my all time favorite performances on AI but she has nothing on Mandisa.

NO..NO...NO----she must NOT win this competition!

I agree; she doesn't "fit" this competition.

Paris can sing too, but she gets on my nerves.

Agreed. I liked her a lot at first, but the cutesy (false humility) thing is way overdone at this point.

Depending on the song, Chris could finally be stepping out of his comfort zone.

I still get out my old 45's about once a year. My grands get a kick out of them.

Ditto. And I haven't forgotten her little gimmick last week, singing to Seacrest--not cute.

I still say she doesn't need Idol to have a career. The road is paved for her already.
