People are STILL messing with the Rubik's Cube??
I'd LOVE to see footage! It took me more like a couple of minutes to peel all the stickers off and then get them lined up just perfect in the right spots. This kid is good!!
A-yup.
I think my record was 45 seconds...back in the 80's...when I was a teen.
If you've ever wondered....
How to Solve Rubik's Cube: http://jjorg.chem.unc.edu/personal/monroe/cube/rubik.html
Anybody knows the best way to solve the Rubik's Cube is just peel off all the stickers and place them back on to the correct side.
My preference was to smash the cube apart.
Yeah, but can you do it blindfolded :)
Lol. I think the most I ever solved was two sides. When I had enough of Rubik's Cube I moved on to Simon.
Not the Rubik's Cube...other things, indeed ;)
That's how I solved it too. I wasn't about to let some stupid piece of plastic make a fool of me. :-)
I had a version that had dice pips on it. I'm trying to remember if the pips were indented or not...
I also heard that the Rubik's cube of the 21st Century is "sudoku" -- the 9x9 magic square puzzle.
How... 80's-like.
Does the solver still wear his parachute pants?
:-)
I just watched the video. Still hard to believe! Thanks for the link! : )
I use to be able to solve it in two-minutes.
Me too; in one second and blindfolded!:)
That was the longest I could go before frustration set in and I threw the damn thing across the room.
