Obligatory cute animal pic! (the kid is pretty cute too)
FRmail me if you want on or off the F/S Singles' Thread Ping List. It will only be used for pinging to the official thread, and will never be used for any other purpose.

There is no need for anyone to use that word, ever. When I hear a girl use it, she might as well look like a little troll.

I second that!!! I just saw on television tonight that they are so desperate for people to work in construction in the gulf states that they are hiring and training them in any area that the person wants and giving them free health insurance!!!! Go for it! You and PD should do this together.

Well, my son got pneumonia on his birthday 12/19 and was sick for 2 weeks. He also had bad ear infections and throat infection. It was the first Christmas that I did not go to Church, that felt strange, but I knew the childcare would not want a kid with 103 temp and pneumonia and I did not want to take him out. We saw family briefly for dinner and gift exchange. It was ok, but still tough.
We did see a video of our fist and only Christmas with the 3 of us as a family. My husband videoed himself reading the Christmas story from the bible so Eric would always remember his fist Christmas (he was 5 days old). He got to see his Daddy tell him he loved him, that he is precious to him and kiss him. That is the only video we have of him, because he died about a week later....Besides our wedding video. We just bought the camcorder that Christmas and it was the first time I saw the tape.

Peter Falk. I like (what we know of) that man!
My sister's fantasy man is James Garner.
My other sister's is Cary Grant (Yes, we know he's dead.).
We're an odd bunch.

Not odd, just a generation or 2 back.

My late husband and I fell in love the night we met. We talked about marriage on the second date and got engaged on the 4th date, my 18th birthday. He had just turned 23. We were married 7 months after we met. The marriage lasted 33 years until his death nearly 5 years ago, and it was a very happy marriage.

"So tell me, do you like dirty movies?" No, dirty movies cause the DVD player to skip, and they really mess up the heads on a VCR.

ah...that explains it. I need a new computer, but am dreading the transfer of all the data and installing the programs...I am clueless how to do that, but mine is Win 2000, Laptop has Win98 and both were purchased in 1999.

There is a little boy in my son's play group that uses the F word often, he also calls his Mom a B and I just can't stand it. These kids are 3 and 4 years old. I try to keep him away from my son and at least my little boy thinks he is mean and does not hang out with him.

I was in a similar situation. I put almost all on the externals I had (I have a TON of pix)... Mine was XP but smaller 1400Dell with only 256 RAM.. mine is now a 3.2 with a gig of Ram.. quite a differnce.
Need to get Toby out & take care of business.. might check back.. and again I am sorry about the freeze ups. I had dozens of things on my computer I could never open. Just saved them for "someday"..
