The skins already beat Seattle this season...

Just one of the MANY reasons they won't do it again. Let me give you another reason: The Redskins today had 124 TOTAL yards of offense.

Btw, how ya been?

5.56mm

Why do football threads always have to have that one loudmouth trash talking fool?

Is there a rule somewhere?

must be....

it's probably one of those unwritten rules, like the home team always gets the majority of the calls or there will always be at least 3 fat drunks with their shirts off in the stands....

Fans love spending on bowls too, that's why the NCAA loves them. Both teams boosters tend to fork over money to their team for going to a bowl, and both the playing teams and the hosting school make money on the game, everybody makes cash. And with as many bowl games as there are it really is everybody making cash, and they don't want to change that system.

Defensive football is exciting. For one thing it's harder because a defense needs to work right 3 plays in a row to control the situation where as an offense only needs to succeed once every 3 plays. If I want to watch teams score at will I'll just go to practice it's cheaper.

I'm a Skins fan as far back as when Sen George Allen's dad was the head coach.

So much for the Rush-boe...thank goodness!

My God. You sound like the reincarnation of Woody Hayes, except Woody would rather score 60 points than 6 any day of the week.

The bucs receiver caught the ball, took two steps and fell to his knees then lost the ball. That sounds like possession to me.

The player was falling when he first touched the ball so - by the rules - for the player to have possession the player must control the ball all the way to the point where he hits the ground - the player clearly dropped the ball before he hit the ground. Two steps do not matter (unless he was going out of bounds) - like the ref said (reciting the rules) the player must have possession until he hits the ground - the player did not EVER have possession - if he had possession it would not have been loose when he hit the ground. No Catch. Not even close. (unlike the two point conversion earlier this season when the players knee hit the ground before he crossed the the goal but the refs decided to hand the game to TB)
