Here is the day we have all been waiting for. The "New Year's Day" bowl games are on the day after, but there are some great matchups today.

Look at at least 2 upsets....

Yes, they fought back and saved the ratings for the second half. Many a good game today--best from a pure football standpoint was Texas Tech vs. Alamama.

As I whined, no cable for that one.

The Ohio state team that Texas beat wasn't the same one that defeated Notre Dame. I'm not sure you can do the "we beat them, and they beat the guys who almost beat them" routine anyways. The Rose Bowl is its own matchup, and I look forward to it. But I also look forward not to hearing all the hype (unless Texas wins, in which case I'd never hear the end of it). So on to Conquest, Trojans! Should be a thriller (maybe).

I guess I was living in alternate history--obviously I mean that Ohio State team that was beaten by Texas.

I guess my thoughts are even more cloudy than I realized--still haven't recovered from New Year's. You know what I mean, and now I will refrain from posting until I get my wits about me.

LOL, hey , this is just for fun, don't worry about it. Alamama was the best game. It seems that the Cotton Bowl is one of the best games every year, and that was the best bowl game I saw this year.

Lot of great games. This is the first year I really followed all the games closely--been very entertained. I thought the Fiesta Bowl would be closer than it was--every time Notre Dame threatened to make it close, OSU responded with a big play. The Cotton Bowl was awesome, a defensive standoff--and the way it ended, with a kicker who already missed 2, and an untextbook kick to win it--great.

Georgia is showing a lot of character and is making a game out of it. I'm really looking forward to the Rose Bowl--I hope it's a good one, after all the hype. They were even pushing it during halftime of the Fiesta Bowl!

Yep...I hope to see a close finish here in this game.
They really over do the hype. ESPN has been nauseating with these "fantasy" match ups of USC versus other great teams. I love college football but the coverage and hype drives me nuts.
I hope the next 2 games will be fun and entertaining, no blow outs I hope!

I was goofing on the squid, that what he wrote! LOL
I have the writing skills of a 12 year old, so I understand people making mistakes, I'm bad.

It is similar to the strap that some athletes use to keep the patella tendon in place just below the knee cap. It actually reduces the pain on the tendon and improves the stability and strength in the knee and lower leg. The strap just below the elbow accomplishes the same thing for the elbow and forearm.

Lots of them...
This is great! It was 28-0, now its 31-28 going into the final quarter. I hope WV wins, how bad would it feel to blow a 28 point lead?
