"It's potty humor..."

Sure it's potty humor, but there's a message in there, too.

And its blasphemy for Protestants and Catholics. And Muslims, and Jews, and Scientologists, and Mormons, and the list goes on.

But laughs are all-important for American couch potatoes. Even the best of "wholesome" television still leads our citizens to be passive spectators of life rather than doers.

What's wrong with that? At 10 pm, after a hard day's work, I just want to sit and be entertained, and maybe even disengage the brain for a while. I don't think that's such a bad thing.

Everything is wrong with that...you could be looking at the moon, playing with Rover, reading about the upper Amazon, making love to your wife, cooking up some gingerbread, putting your two-cents worth on Free Republic, writing a letter to Aunt Nan, hand-loading up some good 25-35 Winchester cartridges, changing out the oil in your motorcycle, gossiping about your neighbors, distribution large extraterrestrial seed pods to your neighbor's garden.....remember life is short.
