Kansas 42, Houston 13 (really 6 - that ball never crossed the goal line)

The Jayhawks hold the Cougars to 28 yards rushing (They averaged 178.8 yards a game this season). Kansas QB Jason Swanson throws for 308 yards and 4 touchdowns. RB Jon Cornish runs for 101 yards and racks up 43 more receiving.

So much for the Pac 10 fans on the board that claim the Big XII defensive numbers are overrated. Kansas looked great tonight.

Totals thus far:

Big XII (1-0)
Pac 10 (1-0)
Mid-American (1-0)
Independents (1-0) [Navy]
Conference USA (1-2)
Sun Belt (0-1)
Mountain West (0-2)

Mike, can you please add me to the ping list?

Did they ever. I predict the Big XII to go 5-3 this bowl season, with Nebraska,Colorado and Texas losers. Although I want to pick Texas and Nebraska to win but USC is at home and Nebraska is justy outmanned.
