WHO SHALL WIN?!
oh i thought broncos were your home team.....i was just looking to rib a freeper from CO :)
My wife was in graduate school in Denver the year before we got married. I would visit about once a month. Colorado is a beautiful state, but that's about it.
I don't know. Who knows. Nobody knows. As proud of a man/Packer QB as Brett is of his team, I doubt he'll leave like this.
I've been a fan through thick and thin , but this is the worst I've seen.
As a fan since I was a little girl this season has been heartbreaking for me to watch. One disaster after another.
I'm so used to winning seasons, and this crap is just hard to watch.
Not much else to say :(
I think they need to win them all. The way the AFC is shaping up it's almost garaunteed a 10-6 team is going to miss the playoffs and entirely possible an 11-5 team will miss. We've got to contend with 9-3 Jax, 8-4 KC and probably going to be 8-4 in an hour or so SD. That puts us 1 (or more) game behind everybody and KC and SD both have better conference records than we do (though SD has more conference games left on the schedule and could wind up with a worse conference schedule than us), one game back and on the wrong side of the tie-breaker is functionally two games back, with 4 games left we absolutely MUST run the table and hope KC and SD go 2-2 or worse.
After looking at the standings and the schedule I agree with you...another loss and the Steelers are out.I think SD will get the wild card and JAX. It should make for some great games here in the next couple of weeks with Pitt,KC and SD pretty much every week is a "playoff" game.
It may all come down to the Dec. 24 game between SD and KC...a Christmas present for NFL fans.
I'm eating crow! LOLOL
Good win. Now win out the season.... Which will be tough to do, but not impossible, especially if the offense gets it's act back togther.
Apparently not.
But, but, but the mean ole Bears TACKLED the Golden Boy. How dare they? Ok the referees are on top of it. Penalty for "using his weight" on Tank. He hasn't been told "FAvre is not to be touched." Stupidest penalty yet.
Even after the refs gave the Pack a shot with the ridiculous roughing call on the Bears Favre couldn't help throwing it up for grabs.
Oh, the reason the Pack's offense looked bad is because the Bears defense is impregnable. Even the Colts will have some problems against this defense. And Favre did suck too.
Now you see what it is like to be a Bears fan and have injuries decimate the team. This year other than losing our No. 1 qb before the season even starts we have been remarkably injury free. Can you imagine what this team would be like with a good veteran qb? Not that I am knocking Orton he has done very well. And, wonder of wonders, he has started 12 straight games. THAT is amazing for a Bears fan.
Oh, and playing Rodgers against this defense is a sure way to shake his confidence. Unless running for his life is a good thing.
With that offense the Bears aren't going to go anywhere in the playoffs.
Congrats on your 2-14? season...see ya in Lamblow!
Yeah, the Pack owned the Bears for the last 11 years but we've had like 31 quarterbacks in them years...
LOL!!
Let's see who's playing in late Jan...Hey, it COULD HAPPEN!!!
That defense can destroy almost any team it plays. And is Manning were to be hit by a bolt of lightning the Colts would be no exception. I will admit that only a miracle could led to a Bears victory over the Colts. BUT miracles have been known to happen.
No other teams are particularly imposing. This is all gravy in any case since the Bears were dead and out after losing Grossman.
Offense, offense we doun need no stinking offense.
