Atlantis finale plot revealed!

The storyline of the anticipated season finale "Allies" has finally been revealed. Fan site New Atlantis has published this spoiler-filled summary of the episode, which we believe is straight from Sony.

Beware of spoilers for this episode and the unaired episode "Michael."

When Atlantis is contacted by an approaching hive ship, they are shocked to discover that it is carrying none other than Michael, the Wraith that they attempted to turn into a human. Though initially wary of his intentions, interest is sparked when Michael claims that the Wraith are being divided by a civil war and says that they want to use Beckett's retrovirus to turn their rivals into humans to feed upon. And in return, Michael and his Wraith Queen promise to turn over valuable technical information about their weapons and defenses.

Soon after the team accepts the terms of the deal and agrees to provide assistance, Michael is joined on Atlantis by the Wraith Queen and her chief scientist. Once Beckett reveals that he has found a way to transform the retrovirus into an aerosol gas, the Wraith insist that he help devise a plan to disperse it inside their enemy's ships. And holding up their end of the bargain, they give McKay a treasure trove of information about Wraith technology that he needs to complete the job.

Yet, as is soon discovered, this unusual partnership is too good to be true. While Ronon still harbors deep suspicions about Michael, others on the Atlantis team hope that the alliance will buy some time and help protect humans on other worlds from attack. There are more details at New Atlantis, all the way up to the end of the episode. Beware of major spoilers!

The site has also published detailed spoilers for all 10 unaired episodes of Season Two, with never-before-seen details on what's to come in such episodes as "Critical Mass," "Coup D'etat," and "Inferno." (Again, be warned that in many cases these summaries include spoilers all the way up to the very end of the episode.)

"Allies" is expected to air in March on The SCI FI Channel in the U.S., and will leave Atlantis fans on a cliffhanger until the show's third season kicks off next summer.

It's sort of like what Deep Space Nine was to Star Trek: The Next Generation.

I'm interested in finding out how the Stargate folks deal with the plague that the Ori unleashed on Earth, with the entire U.S. under quarantine. At least the borders would finally be sealed...

If it doesn't have Amanda Tapping, I'm not watching. BTW, Atlantis is the Star Trek Voyager of this series...

Is this a TV show? And who's the hot tamale in the middle.

Please answer the second question first.

I don't watch this show, but isn't the bald guy the actor who planned Skinner (Scully and Mulder's senior FBI director) in the X-Files?

They're giving spoilers for the season finale of the season that hasn't started yet?

Or have I been missing this season's episodes already?

Good thing about Boomer is if you lose her, there are 5 or 6 just as horny clones ready to take her place.

Mitch Pileggi showed up on "Stargate SG-1" as Col. Steve Cadlwell, Officer In Charge of the "Prometheus" and has had his character slip over to "Atlantis".

A very smart move. Along with moving Lexa Doig ("Andromeda" and Mrs. Michael Shanks) to "SG-1".

Jack.
