Hello, all.
paul has surprised us by not starting the thread this week (another power outage, could it be?) As the emergency backup guy, I will have to go ahead and post the thread and do the pinging honors. I don't have an updated version of the ping list, so my apologies to anyone who was added recently who isn't on here.
Now start chatting while I look up some cute pictures.

Uh-huh, if anything, the men are worse about not bathing.
'Course, they don't know they smell bad because everyone smokes, and smoking destroys a person's sense of smell.

Good thing I don't light up. My sense of smell's bad enough as it is.

Well, As a man, I don't like smoke either. I have never smoked, and do not like to be around too much of it
BUT..... I do NOT have a problem with others smoking in a car with me, so long as they crack the window a bit, or in another part of a room, or such. And this sh1t about not allowing people ot smoke within 25 feet of a building.. that is a buch of s#it!!

Grew up with smokers so it doesn't bother me. Since I'm asthmatic I don't think it would be wise for me to start.AWB

Hmmm, if a person bathes every day, and then brushes their teeth after they eat, they probably won't smell bad. So I'd guess you're ok.

I hate smoke. It's gross. Didn't grow up around it, either. Never done it.
I've been around more than enough second-hand, though.

Well, the chicks do that, too. But I know all of them do the "pit check." Yes, LucyT included.

Phew, I can breathe easy. And not worry about that breath driving anyone away.
Wait a minute...who is there to drive away?

That's better than being apathetic and NOT doing the pit check.

I'm trying to get a grant to study the rise in workplace shootings compared with the bans on smoking in the workplace. I bet they match EXACTLY.
If your boss ticked you off, you used to just go out in the hall and commiserate. That option denied to you, you just had to come out, guns blazing.
