A person of authority sexually engaging a charge is unacceptable and should be punished regardless of the sex of the perpetrator and/or the victim.

So much of this recent trend is gray. In this case, with a 'special ed' kid and the admission that is was sexual as opposed to accidental...well, she should be gone.
Some of these other situations where the male is 16 or 17, isn't coerced in any way (and typically is MORE than willing to participate), well, I have a very difficult time thinking that her life should be destroyed. Like it or not, a 30 something female and 16 year old male is radically different then a 30 something male and a 16 year old female.
