Consent isn't the issue. The public policy issue is that female sexuality is to be protected more than male sexuality.

That's not to say violations of male sexuality should not be defended against. I agree they should.

I am simply saying that a violation of male sexuality by a female is different than a violation of female sexuality by a male.
