'Fat Joe' Donated To Aquarium
MILFORD, Conn. -- A 12-pound lobster has escaped the steamer to get a second chance at life.
"Fat Joe" was delivered to a Milford, Conn., restaurant three weeks ago.
But the manager couldn't bear to serve Fat Joe up, especially after estimating his age to be about 87.
So the lobster is being donated to an aquarium.
Fat Joe was caught off the coast of Massachusetts.

In the book "Centenniary History of the United States"(1876) it says lobsters in Colonial-times Long Island Sound were 6 feet long, as the Indians never thought to eat lobster.
