Unfortunately, I don't really like mayo on anything. Ham sandwich, BLT, MAYBE.
I made a bizarre concoction regularly when I was a lot younger. Let's see if I remember...Ham, mustard, pickles, cheese, and bordeaux ketchup (not the regular kind).
Peanut butter combined with apple butter is my favorite.
I never even heard of a banana sandwitch lol.
