France Burns and We are Fools to Cheer
4 Nov 05 | self

Posted on 11/04/2005 7:09:39 PM PST by jb6

We are all witness to a historic event, the beginning of the Islamic Jihad in France and the Netherlands, soon to be spread to the rest of Western Europe. As Paris burns, as the Christian infrastructure is being destroyed, as some of the most fundimental historical foundations of the Western world is now threatened, it is foolish to allow negative feelings for past deeds by the French or any other to cloud our collactive judgements.

We should not snicker, we should not cheer, we should not jab them in the ribs. We are Christians, might I remind you, and the wayward brother now suffers and it is a suffering that we are creating for our own future as well. Our Muslim population does not integrate so well as we would like to believe. Furthermore, as the Oklahoma University bombing shows, more then a few of our own children are willing to join that Islamic scourge and bring down the civilization that gave them life.

Instead, as Christians, as something other then petty human beings, we must assist our Christian brothers, be they French, Lebanese, Cypriots, Russians, Serbs, Ethiopians or any other, to fight the very scourge that will one day trully come for us as well.

If we wish to even pretend to be Christian, it is time to act like it. It is time to see these barbarians for what they are, not just a threat to France but to all Judeo-Christian civilization.

We either stand united or we fall one by one, a light of civilization blinking out here and there, until the night of eternal evil and slavery is all that is left to humanity.

So which will it be? Christ and brotherhood? Or pettiness and eternal darkness?

This is the first phase of the battle plan for France. A fight that will go on for decades. France must stop the protest from spawning cells capable of conducting an extended terrorist phase or they may well end up with a Palastinian problem of there own. Sooner, rather then later.

Stopping this from moving to the next phase will require that France eliminate the insurgents' leaders in a manner which renders them incapable of leading the next phase. This is no easy feat, as this enemy understands the need for anonymity. And those who are nknown will have standing in France which makes them difficult to go after under French law.

President Bush will offer support in a manner which does not offend France. In other words, he'll check with them before making a serious statement on the matter.

We will and must support them.

I cheer this event in the same way that Churchill might have cheered when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor.

If the Liberals have a nation as a standard bearer - it would be France. France represents every real-world "value" of the Left. Vain, delusional, and supremely hypocritical - yet conniving and brutish when it comes to advancing their own interests - Oil for Food and the Rainbow Warrior incident come easily to mind.

Anything that France does is good and automatically justified in the minds of the Left. So it is axiomatic that they are the ones that can set "precedent" for what is proper and appropriate action. Now, these morons have painted themselves into a corner with their idiotic appeasement and complicity with the scum of this planet.

So, one of two outcomes are likely. One, France falls into complete revolutionary chaos. So, we the sane can point this out to our domestic morons and say "Look, you pinheads, this is what appeasement brings."

OR...they brutally crack down on the Muslim thugs in order to preserve what little sanity remains in France. Then, we can look our Liberal loonies straight in the eye and say "Putting panties on terrorist heads - an atrocity? Look at what France is doing. Now STFU."

Iraq is an islamic state and actually before for all of Sadam's faults (and there were tons) he was a secularist.

The Orthodox belt seems to be self exterminating via abortion. Granted it is not soley abortion, but that is a major factor.

Agreed. The French have fallen into their own soup. We have enough trouble overthrowing politically correct fascism here. How could we possibly help them? Their problems are of their own making.

They are one of the countries in the world that has thumbed their noses at common sense and refused to assist us dating to President Reagan.

They are worthless as allies and no big deal as enemies.

Lead them back to Christ? WTF? This isn't an issue of France going astray from Christ. This is an issue of France going astray from rational thought in regard to their economic and social policies. France has allowed this radical Islamic threat to fester and they're feeling the pain. They are fortunate that it is more looting and torching and not more rape and murder. We don't need to lead them to Christ - we need to push them take a more hard line and common sense approach towards the radical threat gathering within their borders.

There is no restriction on French citizens traveling to the US with a passport. We need France to crack down on it's radicals before they come here legally start torching NYC. What are you talking about regarding Christ and the Lord and Christianity? This is a problem caused by Caeser, not God.

You're right that Christians should take a moment to reflect upon rejoicing over the misfortunate that has befell Paris. But you're taking that train of thought to its irrelevant conclusion.

The Frenchies won't fight for Christianity or anything related; but they have no choice but to fight - as best they can - for secularism, and the Islamofascists frighten them as much as radical Protestants or Christians.

If their metastasizing Mooseslimes don't frighten them a great deal more than 'Protestants or Christians' do, then they're truly many turnips short of a truckload.

They should be left twisting in their own wind, and we should even be so PC-incorrect to tell them that it isn't perfume.

Agreed...I am afraid it will take armed combat in our own streets before we really get it here.

"What did we choose when we bombed Christian Serbs on the side of Islamic Bosnians and Islamic Albanians? What did we choose when we made Christian Macedonia in all but name give up its western third to Islamic Albanians? What did we choose when we did not protest or stop the Islamic Turks from butchering the northern half of Christian Cyprus? What did we choose when we saved the Devil's PLO from the Jewish Israelies and the Christian Lebanese? What did we choose when we sided with the Islamic Eritrians agains the Christian Ethiopians? What did we choose when we aided and armed Islamic Pakistan that then used to funds against Hindu India? What did we choose when we forced Jewish Israel to walk the suicidal Road Map? What did we choose when we did not protest Islamic Egypt's expulsion of 10% of its population, half the Christians of that country, but instead continued giving them $3 billion per year for free? What did we choose?"

Very good points, worth noting that those are the policies of the fifth column RAT's and empty sac RINO's. John McCain was the biggest cheerleader when Clinton murdered 2000 Serbs. One of Reagan's biggest OBL critics here at Free Republic loves to blame him for pulling out of Lebanon. Never does mention why we got involved, it was the same Sally Struthers types who got us in Somalia. Went in to save the PLO and look what the reward was.

Egypt is performing ethic cleansing against the Coptic Christians even now, young Christian girls are kidnapped and forced to wed Moslem's. Do not forget what happens to Christians in Malaku and Celebes.

As I've posted to that reply before, the Orthodox belt actually has a higher birth rate then the Catholic/Protestant European belt.

The French do not want our help. They still despise us. So pardon me if I snicker. I will get serious as soon as they get serious, as soon as they see who their enemies really are.

Until then, allow me a smile. If the French will not repent of their stupidity, let them reap their reward.

While I've no love for the french, I know in my heart that what is happening there (and being encouraged elsewhere ... including here on our own soil) is a manifestation of an evilness that must be recognized and dealt with!

The problem with Islam is that it provides a framework and a touchstone for people who wish to engage in this activity. What do you suppose is said in the mosques?

While there was separatist sentiment in the Panthers (according to David Horowitz in his book "Radical Son", and he would know because he was there) the Panthers did not hijack airliners full of people, kill the pilots and fly them into buildings killing thousands.

The Panthers did not strap explosives to themselves and walk into crowded wedding receptions and blow people into small pieces.

Panthers did not capture defenseless innocent people and slowly saw their screaming heads off with long knives, while chanting how great their god is.

That is why it is different. Everything changed on 9/11. I don't think the religious component is overdone, and I think it is a grave mistake to discount it.

What is that supposedly higher rate, 1.7 overall? I am quite confident if you weight for population, it is lower, but in any event, the "Christian" part of Europe is self exterminating with the best of them, with abortion the birth control method of choice. You might not like it. I understand.

I doubt what is said in Mosques is to street riot. I really don't. I suspect the perps are not very religious at all. The are party time punks. They probably drink.
