yet the media reports on investigations into fraud due to unusually high number of approval votes!

I chose to look at the glass being half full.

They appear to be looking into possible excesses of "yes" votes in areas where it wasn't expected. If it's nothing, it'll be nothing.

Actually, this is a tad better than what goes on here when pricincts vote overwhelmingly DemoncRAT with 105% of the registered voters participating; which is nothing.
