I've learned to stick a few solid frozen chicken tenders in a microwaveable dish and cook 'em for about 5 minutes on high...when I take them out, they're done for all practical purposes. It just don't look too pretty.

Then I heat up a little olive oil or butter and brown them real quick. Within just a few minutes I can have hot chicken tenders for use in tacos or chopped and used in stir fry or on top of a salad.

I don't even bother browning it for chicken and rice soup...I just dice it up and stir it in to some chicken broth with some rice and heat it on the stove. ( I always keep cooked rice in the fridge...we eat a lot of rice.)

Joshua loves it.

I sure am enjoying this new microwave!

I can make a scrambled egg taco with cheese and picante sauce in about 3 minutes.

Those would be great with a honey barbecue sauce, too. Just like the Colonel's Boneless Wings!!
