How far do you have to lead one going flat out at 75 yards?

with Painless (7mm RemMag) throwin' a 150 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip at 3800 fps, not a bit at that range... just hold on the shoulder... I actually aimed mid rib cage because he was quartering slightly away, and I wanted to minimize meat loss...

Ok, see, I don't exactly know what happens when your lungs explode. Oddly enough it's never happened to me. Figured it had to be blood but I didn't know why, so thanks for the explanation.
