Email I got:
Thank you for contacting PSO. We do have a large outage in the Bixby/South East Tulsa area. We have a major power line that has burned with some possible damage to the substation that services your neighborhood. At this time we do not have an estimated restoral time. We do have crews working on the problem. Hopefully, we will have the power restored soon.
