TDJ - my councilman was assassinated yesterday. Bummer. But I figured it was a good way to ratchet up tensions and start a war.
Haven't posted an excerpt yet because I haven't decided which portion is non-crummy enough to post. *sigh* I'm focusing on the 'crappy' part of the whole 'crappy novel' thing.

Hmmm... there are folks on the Nano boards with over 10K written already. They're either 1) scary fast writers, 2) cheatin', or 3) have no jobs.

Why bother with Nano if you can do the whole thing in a week and a half? Seems like there is less of a point then.
I have already written more novel than I have in the past 4 years, combined.

Good morning all. Jedis and I had a great time at the homeschool gun safety/fishing safety field trip. Matthew caught the biggest fish, a bass...the kind with the really big mouths, you know...and got three out of four bulls-eyes with a BB gun.
When I get the pictures, I'll show you the bass.

Stayed up too late again last night, but I got through 2 more chapters of ELDEST. Man, that is a great book! Makes my NaNo look even crappier compared to it. :-/
Gots another training today at 1pm. ~sigh~ Will it ever end?
Rose - prayers up for the interview! And I read your excerpt yesterday. Loved the clincher phrase at the end of it. Can't wait to read the rest.
