Well, she would have the knitting done for her. She's the wife of a former Congressman (now, the dead political consultant), a debutante and a former Miss Mississippi. The main part of the story is about him. But she's key in how she reacts to what he's done. And since he's dead, she gets to begin and end the story.

Wow. Who knew you were into chick-lit? j/k - sounds like a premise with Movie potential.
